Origin: Copy completed in 1244 AH (1828 CE) by Sayyid ʻAbd al-Taqī ibn Mīrzā ʻAbd al-Samīʻ al-Ḥusaynī al-Mūsavī al-Shīrāzī (f. 111r, 135r). Decoration: Tables and diagrams in red and black; overlinining in red. Script: Written in nastaʻlīq influenced naskh in black ink; pointed. Layout: Chiefly written in 19 long lines; some marginalia. Title provided by the cataloger. Manuscript codex. Also available as a digital facsimile.. Two texts on calendars copied together in the same hand. The first is a commentary on al-Birjandī's Bīst bāb dar taqvīm, followed by a copy of Dar maʻrifat-i taqvīm mushtamil bar sī faṣl by al-Ṭūsī.
