Infomration on the flesh of animals, and whether they are being lawful for consumption. Includes an elaborate describtion of wild animals, giving their names in Arabic, Persian, Turkish and local vernaculars, especially Daccani/Dekhani. 11 lines per page, Indian naskh/nasta 'alīq, rubricated in red, catch words. A small fragment of a rare manuscript on hunting and animals. Manuscript. Purchased by Ivanow in Lucknow, India in 1926. A descriptive note by Ivanow attached to the verso of the cover page explaining the manuscript and its content. Stamp of Casey Wood on the verso of the cover page..
