Notes	Sheikh al-Islam Arif Hikmet's magazine, which includes his own poems, private notes and poems of various poets. The magazine, which consists of 130 pages, is mentioned in the library records as Mecmû'a-ı Eş'âr, Hâtırât, Vesâire. It is unlikely that the poetic and prose works in the first eighteen pages of the magazine belong to Şeyhülislam Arif Hikmet, both in terms of their content, style and writing style. These sheets were probably taken from another magazine. On the first page of the magazine, there is a description of a medicine that is stated to be effective against hemorrhoids. Subsequently, there are various correspondences written to some statesmen in the administrative structure of the Ottoman Empire. In the magazine, there are poems written by poets such as Şeyhülislam Bahâyî, Ali Pasha, Tâhir Efendi, as well as the history written by poets such as Hafız Osman, Lebîb-i Âmedi, Kemâl Paşazâde and Siyâhî on various occasions. The poems are included. Very brief biographical information about the poet is given next to some poems. In addition, in various parts of Mecmû'a, poem drafts and historical poems written by Shaykh al-Islam Arif Hikmet in Arabic, Persian and Turkish can also be found. The only manuscript copy of the work is registered in Istanbul University Turkish Manuscripts number 10027.
