Notes	The Arabic work Münekkahâtü'l-Meşrûha fî İlmi'l-Me'ânî ve'l-Beyânadlı, written by the jurist, commentator and muderris Ayşî Mehmed Efendi (d. 1016/1607), was written by Mustafa b., one of the 17th century Ottoman scholars and lecturers. Omar b. Arabic commentary by Sheikh Mehemmmed el-Üsküdarî. The author, who is understood to be known as "Celeb Mustafa", begins to annotate the source text after a short prose introduction. The work was completed in Shawwal 1065/August 1655. The source text consists of a prose introduction followed by three sections called "maksad" by the author, and an epilogue. In these sections, the subjects of meani, declaration and bedi are discussed. Mustafa b. Ömer has annotated the work from beginning to end. There are minhuvat and matlab records in the margins of some copies of Şerhu Münekkahâtü'l-Meşrûha fî 'İlmi'l-Me'ânî ve'l-Beyân, whose copies are in various libraries. No study has been done on the work. Betül Sinan Nizam Mustafa b. He is conducting a study on Ömer's biography and works.
