Notes	Taşköprî-zâde Ahmed Efendi's treatise reflects his views on man becoming a caliph and the issues he should pay attention to in government. There are 6 copies of the work (Arıcı 2016: 22-23). It can be said that the treatise aims to explain the effect of the spirit of the book on management and the body. Although there is no clear information about exactly when the work was written, the work was written during the period when Taşköprî-zâde was a judge (Bursa 952-954/1545-1547 or Istanbul 958/1551) (Arıcı 2016: 19, Şaninalp 2017: 646-647). It is possible to say that the treatise was compiled by being influenced by Hemedânî's (d. 786/1385) work called Zahiretü'l-Mülûk and that Taşköprî-zâde reconstructed the work (Zahiretü'l-Mülûk) with some savings (Arıcı 2016: 20). In the treatise written using a simple language, the relevant chapters are explained by supporting verses, hadiths and sections from the life of the companions. The work consists of 12 chapters. In these chapters, the creation of man as a caliph; The qualities that a person should have as a ruler and the issues that a person should pay attention to in management; aware of the ruler's behavior and responsibilities towards his duty-conscious subjects; Managers must have insight and take this aspect into consideration when making decisions; the rights of the subjects over the ruler; Things that foreigners living in an Islamic country should pay attention to: the rights of parents over their children; Matters that spouses should pay attention to each other in marriage, the husband's rights over his wife; the rights of the child; the rights of slaves, concubines and servants; True friendship and the conditions that should be taken into consideration in friendship are discussed.
