Notes	Sâdıkî-i Kitâbdâr's prose-verse work called Hicv-i Sâlis (Third satire) (Sâdıkî, n.d., 44). In this work, the author satirizes Haydarî-i Tebrîzî (d. 1000) and his Lisânu'l-Gayb. Haydarî's work in question is a work that satirizes Şerîf-i Tebrîzî's (d. 956) Sehvü'l-Lisân. Şerîf-i Tebrîzî's Sehvü'l-Lisân satirizes some of the poems of Lisânî-i Şîrâzî (d. 940~942). In other words, Şerîf satirized Lisanî, who was also his teacher; Haydar responded to Sharif as a rejection of this satire; Sâdıkî, on the other hand, satirized Haydar and supported Şerîf. Since this is the third of the satire series, Sâdıkî must have named his work as Hicv-i Sâlis. The work, which begins with a prose preface, consists of 65 couplets. For the author's biography, see.
