Treatise on the Defense of the Ahl al-Bayt written by Mîr Hasan Efendi, one of the Caliphs of Hamza Nigârî. It is possible to translate the work as " Treatise Concerning the Criticism of Anyone Who Opposes Hazrat Ali". The name of the work was recorded as "Risâle fî Tani li-Men Hâlife Alî (K.A.V.)" with spelling errors and some incorrect expressions. Because in the original of the work, Hz. After Ali's name, there is the phrase "Radıyallahu Teâlâ Anh". It is also a mistake to write the word "Khalafah" as "Khalifah". In the information presented in the library, the name of the author of the work is presented as "Mîr Hasan Nigarî". The expression "Nigarî" at the end of the author's name is not a reference to Hasan Efendi. The transfer of this information may have been due to the fact that the author was one of the caliphs of Hamza Nigarî (d. 1304 / 1886). This presentation gives the impression that the work belongs to Nigarî. However, the work is not written by Nigarî, but by his caliph upon his advice. It is also stated in the library records that the work was copied by Çorumlu Hüseyin Sabri (d. ?) (Mîr Hasan 1889: 79b). At the end of the work, it is stated that it was copied in Amasya in 1308/1889. It is stated in 79b that the work was written by Hasan Efendi upon Nigarî's recommendation. Among the pages "72a-79b" of the treatise, Muaviye b. Evaluations about Ebi Sufyan are included. Between "80a-112b", topics such as various hadiths, commentaries, banquets, invitation etiquette and fawāid are covered, and it is understood that this part belongs to the person who copied the work. (Çınar 2019: 125-128) Mîr Hasan Efendi, in the booklet, from Kâdî Beydâvî Tefsîr and Rûhu’l-Beyân Tefsîri (Mîr Hasan 1886: 72a-72b), Taftazânî (d.792 / 1390) From Telvîh (Mîr Hasan 1886: 74a, 79b), which is his commentary on the works of Tenkîh and Tavdîhadlı on the method of fiqh, and from Mir'âtü'l-Usûl (Mîr Hasan), Molla Hüsrev's (d.885 / 1480) work on the method of fiqh. 1886: 74a) and quotes from Kadı Iyâz's (d.544 / 1149) work titled Eş-Şifâ. (Mîr Hasan 1886: 75 b). With this attitude, it is understood that the author tried to base his thoughts against Muawiyah and his supporters by largely benefiting from Sunni sources. (Çınar 2019: 130). The work is registered in the National Library with the archive number 06 Mil Yz A 2291/7. DVD number is 121.
