Ilâhî's work, also known as Kitâb-ı Molla İlâhî and Necâtü'l-Ervâhad. Some of the phrases and explanations in this Sufi work, written in verse and prose in Persian, are given in Arabic. In the work, sainthood, servitude, knowledge, knowledge, good deeds, prayer, fasting, piety, miracles, ecstasy, cleansing, sincerity, messengers and truthful ones, inspection, trust, poverty, people of the world, dhikr, monotheism, perfect guide, murid, Subjects such as balance are discussed, these issues are explained with verse pieces, and quotations of verses and hadiths are also included. In addition to these quotations, İlâhî, Feridüddin Attâr's Esrâr-nâme, İlâhî-nâme, Heylac-nâme, Dîvân, Mantıku't-Tayr, Sa'dî-i Şîrâzî's Gülistân, Dîvân, Bostân, Mevlânâ's Dîvân-ı Kebîr and Mesnevî and Evhadi, Şems-i Mağribî, Hâfız-i Şîrâzî, Hâkânî-i Şirvânî, Ebû Saîd-i He made many restitutions from Ebu'l-Hayr's Dîvâns. A master's thesis study was conducted by İpek Şengül on Hızır-nâme/Necâtü'l-Ervâhüze, of which there are seven known copies (2019).
