Notes	One of the author's most important works on religious sects. Bedir Muhtâr, who frequently benefits from the verses of the Holy Quran and hadiths due to his hadith and commentator aspect, begins his work by saying, "Praise be to Allah, who made me one of the people of the knowledge of the Book and not one of the people of perversion and suspicion." In his work consisting of thirty chapters, the author responds to the views of eight sects consisting of Jabriyya, Kadariyya, Murjia, Vaidiyye, Sifatiyye, Cehmiyye, Shia and Hâriciyye, which he criticizes as heretics and people of suspicion. According to Bedir Mukhtar, these eight sects are Hz. It constitutes the origin of the seventy-three sects from which Muhammad's ummah would be divided, except for the sect that attained salvation. Stating that he bases himself on the Quran and the Sunnah, Badr Muhtâr criticizes those who rely on the words of Abu Ali Muhammed Cübbâî and his son Ebû Hâşim Abdulselam and do not take the words of Allah and His Messenger as evidence. The original copy of the work could not be found during the preparation of this article and was published by el-Havat in Lebanon by Dâr İbn-i Zeydûn and Dâr el-Râed.
