Notes	The work written by Ahmed Rif'at Kânî Paşa-zâde. The name of the work, which consists of 22 pages, means "explaining the truth to break the deception". In this work, the author criticizes the attitude of the New Ottomans. In this treatise, in which he likened them to Polish committee members, he was against all the New Ottomans except Namık Kemal, and explained that they were engaged in this work for their personal concerns and interests. In addition, the author made serious accusations against Ali Suavi in this treatise. The work was published in Paris in 1286/1869.
