Notes	Ottoman scholar and jurist Ibrahim b. Muhammed el-Halebi's (d. 956/1549) famous and widely read work on Hanafi jurisprudence, Mülteka'l-Ebhur, was written by Mustafa b., one of the 17th century Ottoman scholars and lecturers. Omar b. Arabic commentary by Sheikh Mehemmmed el-Üsküdarî. Mülteka'l-Ebhur, which has a distinguished place around İlmiye, was built by Mustafa b. It was used as a textbook in madrasahs in the 17th century, when Ömer lived. Many translations, commentaries and annotations of the work, which is organized on chapters and chapters, have been made. (Has 2020: 549) Mustafa b. It can be said that Ömer's commentary is one of the influential examples in the Ottoman scientific tradition. After a brief introduction to the index and prose, the commentary on the source text begins. At the end of the work, there is a record that it was compiled and compiled at the end of Rabi al-Ahiri in 1066 (between 17 February 1656 and 25 February 1656). There are many copies of al-Müntakâ fî Şerhi'l-Mültekâ in libraries at home and abroad. This is an indication that the work is widely read. Already Mustafa b.
