Notes It is the fifth Dîvân of Ahmed Ibn Veys, the fourth ruler of the Celayir State, and is recorded between pages 119a-196b of the Külliyât. Kitâbu'l-Mukadime contains 181 ghazals, 5 odes, 1 terci-i bend, 1 terci-i bend, 10 mesnevi, 23 stanzas, 46 rubais, There are 2 müstezâd, 31 syllabus and 42 verses. The 181 ghazals in the Dîvân consist mostly of 7 couplets. The 32 ghazals with 2 to 3 couplets are most likely incomplete ghazals. Sultan Ahmed used a pseudonym in 28 ghazals. He used the pseudonym Ahmed in twenty-four ghazals, Ahmed bin Şeyh Üveys in two ghazals, and Üveysi and Ahmed bin Üveys in one ghazal. The subject of the ghazals of Sultan Ahmed, who is known for his fondness for pleasure and pleasure (Esterâbâdî 1928: 20), is rindane. In his ghazals, after purity, love subjects are the most common topics. It is seen that he mostly preferred remel (35.6%) and hezec (30.8%) bahirs in his ghazals (Yıldırım1991: 27). The number of couplets under the title of "Kasâ'id" in Dîvân; There are 5 eulogies: 11, 12, 15, 16 and 17. His poems are more like mutawwal ghazals, whose subject is love, rather than an ode. The first terci-i clause, which he included under the title "Terci'ât", consists of 12 clauses and each clause consists of 9 lines. The second clause consists of 7 clauses and the clauses consist of 4 lines. Both of them have a poetic content. The 10 masnavis, which are under the title of "Mesneviyyât" and deal with different subjects, are short and the number of couplets varies between 2 and 18 couplets. The other verse forms in the Divan do not have any identity other than the characteristics we encounter in every divan, both in form and content. The Divan is simple and understandable. Nimet Yıldırım prepared a master's thesis on Dîvâ (1991). For the biography of the poet, see. “Ahmed İbn Veys”.Turkish Literature Names Dictionary.
