In the second part of the work, the Montenegro Rebellion, the preparation process of the rebellion and who carried out the rebellion were tried to be explained. Ali Suavi, who followed the developments regarding Montenegro very closely, also examined the pamphlets and newspapers published in Europe on this subject in detail. Stating that Western powers worked against the Ottomans throughout the rebellion, Ali Suavi stated that Russia and Austria-Hungary constantly provoked Montenegro, while France acted bilaterally. The author has presented the documents and correspondence published in various newspapers and books about the rebellion to the reader by adding them to the end of his book.
