Notes	.The second half only of a short treatise. The title is not mentioned. It may have been Khamsūn ʿAqīdah (GAL S II, 153). These fifty ʿAqīda's are: the twenty attributes of God; their opposites; that which is impossible in God; four attributes of the messengers of God; their opposites; the possibility of human accidents in God's messengers. Saʿd al-Dīn al-Taftāzānī (d. 791/1389), GAL G II, 215, is cited. This might be a commentary on the present text, which would then be ientified as ʿAqīdah al-Mubtadiʾ..
