Ownership seal of Mehmed Rāşid: Tetimme-i kār-i Mehmed Rāşid elṭāf-i Hudā yāver (folio 2a) Bound in are five separate slips with manuscript fatwas written by Mehmed the Mufti of Sakız/Chios (after ff. 226b and 232b), by Piri Mehmed Efendi (after folio 310b), by Mehmed Es'ad (after folio 338b: three fatvās on the same slip of paper), and by Mehmed Pirizâde (after folio 353b) In Ottoman Turkish.
Açıklama A typical fatwa collection covering almost all aspects of law: prayers, ablution, alms, fasting, divorce, capital punishment, etc.
