Written in naskh script, in black and red ink. Columns colored in yellow and pink. Explanations in margins.
Author's name at the bottom in white ink on gold leaf layer.
Metal pieces at both ends of scroll. Top 11.8 cm portion is vellum ; the remainder part is light-cream laid paper.
Scroll has a separate silver filigree cylinder case (22 cm. in length and 5 cm in diameter).
