Bound in black leather.
According to the last paragraph (ff. 525r-525v), writing of the book was completed in mid-Muḥarram 753 AH [beginning of March 1352 AD]. The copy is not dated but possibly from the 16th century.
According to a note on f. 1r, copied in the hand of the author himself.
There are several illegible ownership statements and seals on fol. 1r dated from 1032 AH [1622 or 23 AD] to 1232 AH [1817 AD].
