Praise be to God and peace be upon His servants who chose to mention the letters, some of which were written differently than others, in the Imam’s Qur’an attributed to the Commander of the Faithful... :Incipit The parts of the Qur’an were completed with God’s help...: Colophon Written in a nastaʻlīq script in black ink, rubricated in red, 13 lines per page, with marginal corrections. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. With: Adab al-Kātib / li-al-Shaykh ʻAlam al-Dīn al-Sakhāwī (ff. 1r-29r) ; ʻAdad mā fī al-kitāb al-ʻazīz min al-āyāt ʻalá ḥurūf al-muʻjam (ff. 29v-31v); Makhārij al-ḥurūf / li-Abī Muḥammad Ibrāhīm ibn ʻUmar ibn Ibrāhīm al-Jaʻbarī (ff. 37r-40r). A line from a Turkish poem on fol. 1v. Inside front cover is written the content of the majmūʻah and a note in pencil in a later hand: “al-thalāthah rasāʼil al-akhīrah khaṭṭuhā qadīm jiddan.” Bound in pasteboards covered in marble paper with dark brown leather on spine. In Arabic.
