The only copy of the Arabic original of the great commentary called Tefsîru Mâ ba'det-tabî'a has survived to our time, and Maurice Bouyges published this copy by comparing the Hebrew copies, which were around fifteen in number, with the translation translated into Latin approximately fifty years after the death of the author and published in Padoa in 1473 (Tefsîru Mâ ba'de't-tabî'a, I-III, Beirut 1938-1948).
