Notes
Written as two columns in variable lines per page. Variable script in black ink. Brown leather binding. The work is a compilation created by cutting and pasting hundreds of fatwas from different authors. The compilation has a thematic layout. On some pages, sections are clearly marked. Ex. 70a-75a: divorce, 76a-81a: slaughter, 82a: kismet. Pages 40b, 41b-42a, 70a, 75b-76a, 81b-82a, 108b are blank. In addition to the fatwas starting from 117a, there is a small section containing the dated signatures and seals of the fatwa holders and various correspondences, also in cut-and-paste method. Also in 1a Ahmed b. There is an istishab record and seal in the name of Ali el-Kadî and a foundation record for a madrasah. Each of the fatwas in the work was written in different scripts on different papers and pasted one by one onto blank pages. Rik has been added to the prayer section of some fatwas. However, almost all fatwas have the same signature in the name of "Mehmed". However, especially from 114b onwards, fatwas in the name of "Ahmed" also attract attention. There are also fatwas of Ebussud Efendi in 120b. In 117b, in the section containing only the name and seal of the person who gave the fatwa, the names of various judges and muftis who were generally in Bursa between 941-999 are included. Gold leaf rik was sprinkled in the prayer section of some fatwas.
