Written in 13 lines per page. Naskh script in black ink with titles in red. The volume has marbled paperback The work is a medical-pharmaceutical-botany dictionary prepared in alphabetical order. The first page, which is disconnected, was later written on the zahriye in a different script. After the work ends, there are various paste and medicine preparations between 333a-337a. Additional Information: It is the Turkish translation of Eser İbni Baytâr's (d. 646 / 1248) Arabic work called el-Müfredat.
