Written in 18 lines per page. Harakāt Naskh script in black ink with captions in red. The cover is missing. 1b-14a: Words from various languages (Arabic, Persian, Greek) related to medicine and pharmacy are listed from Elif to the letter y, and their Turkish equivalents are given between the lines. 14b-23b: A second dictionary on the same subject, again given in alphabetical order. From the original page numbers in the work (starting at 151), it can be thought that this booklet is actually part of a larger work. As a matter of fact, from the copying record in 14a, it is understood that the work is the dictionary part of İbni Baytar's "Curriculum".
