Notes	Two manuscripts bound in one volume. Written in 29 lines per page. Taʿlīq script in black ink with captions in red. Brown leather binding with flower motif. It is a work created and bound by bringing together two different manuscripts (Manuscript numbers: MS 65, MS 66). AD 65: IIa: Some book names; IIIb-IVb: Index of the book; VIIa: Müderris-zade Es-seyyid Abdülkerim (1220), Es-seyyid Muhammed Vahid b. Es-seyyid Abdülkerim (1228) and Es-seyyid Ahmed Tevfik b. Istishab records and seal in the name of Es-sayyid Muhammed Vahid (1274); VIIb-1a: List of reference books mentioned in the work; 1a: Ali Akkirmani's life story, as quoted from Nevi-zade's Peony Zeyl. The work consists of 75 parts, starting with the "Tahâret" section and ending with the "Graduate" section. At the beginning of the work (1b) Dervish Muhammd b. Hasan records that when he went to Akkirman as an official in 1000 [1591-92] (this date must be wrong, in fact, another copy of the work has the date 1040 [TÜYATOK, 45 Hk 4810]), the book was created by collecting the fatwas of Ali Efendi, who died on that date. AD 66: At the end of the work, in 316a-317a, there is an Arabic passage about the ulama, quoted by Seyyid Ali-zade.
