Notes	Written as one column in 19 lines per page. Naskh scripts in black ink with some words underlined in red. The volume has hardback covered with leather. Work, Ebû Tahir Muhammed b. It is the commentary of Muhammed es-Secâvendî's el-Ferâ'izu's-Sirâciyye, which was written in the Hanafi sect and is one of the basic texts of the Hanafi Sect in the field of feraiz regarding Islamic inheritance law. The author could not be identified. However, in the work Sirâciyye's 17-18. It refers to the work named Şerhu'l-Ferâʾiz fî Halli'd-Dekâik ve'l-Gavâmüz by Bedîuddin Molla, one of the commentators of the 19th century. Therefore, the work must have been written after this date. Additional information: There is a foundation record in the name of Urumlu Osman Efendi on the front cover. Ia is used as a draft, Ib is blank. In IIa, "Muhammad" is written in thuluth script. Between IIb and IIIb are the interpretations of the first 3 verses of Surah Al-Mulk and the 6th and 7th surahs of Surah Fatiha. No separate receipt was kept for these leaves with copy date 832/1428-9. There is a foundation registration in 1a. 5a says foundation. Some words that did not fit into the frame overflowed into the margins. The copy is rejected.
