Written as one column in various lines per page. Riq'a script in black ink. The volume has navy color hardcover. Contents: It is a magazine containing reasoning methods. Even though the work is a manuscript, page numbers are given. In Ia there is an article titled 'Address to the Vükelâ'. Ib is empty. Index of the legal procedures and law enforcement in Zahriye, 1-12. On the first page, there is a summary of legal procedures and enforcement law (there is a shukka between the 11th and 12th pages, which is a continuation of the 11th page). 13-19. The first chapter (four chapters) on the page is about the situations in which the judgment coincides; 19-20. second chapter on the page; 20-21. third chapter on the page; Fourth chapter on page 21; 22-51. On the page, the legal method of reasoning; 52-55. On this page, there is the fourth chapter consisting of six chapters about seizure and enforcement (there is a shukka containing article 190 between pages 53-54). On page 56, there is an article titled Mâdde-i münferide dated 19 Şaban 1331/ 24 July 1913. The page after page 56 is started from page 59. 59-67. pages are blank. On the 68th page, there is a blank page with the words "Usûl-i judiciary and enforcement law are the most common causes of miracles." Page 69 is blank. No information has been found about who compiled the magazine. But all the pages in the magazine came from the same pen. Although there is no information about the date of copying, it can be said that the date 19 Shaban 1331/24 July 1913 on the last leaf is the latest date that can be copied.
