Notes Written as one column in 11 lines per page. Naskh scripts in black ink with titles in red. Brown leather binding with medallion, şemse. It is one of the four basic books known as "Mutûn-ı erba'a" in the Hanafi Sect. The work, which was prepared based on the ijtihads of Abu Hanifa, was organized under the titles book-chapter-chapter. As the reason for the work, the author shows that this work was chosen by many jurists (he uses the word "ihtiyar", which has the same root as Mukhtar) and that they were pleased with this work. However, in the copy we have, the introduction part of the work is not included. On el-Mukhtar, among them Zeyla'î, Ömer b. Commentaries were written by scholars such as İshak el-Gaznevî, İbn Emîru Hâc, İbn-i Kutluboğa, Çivizâde Muhyiddin Mehmed Efendi. One of the commentaries of el-Muhtâr, which has been published in various editions, is el-İhtiyâr li Ta'lîli'l-Muhtâr, written by the author of the work, el-Mevsılî. There is no copying record in the copy, but in the note dated 1225/1810-1, written horizontally next to the place where the work ends (147a) with a script very similar to the line on which the copy was written, the copy is written with the phrase "min Mütemlikâti 'abdihî..." and Ali b. It is recorded that it belongs to el-Hâcc Ali. Mütemlik Ali b. el-Hâcc Ali should also be a copyist. In this case, the earliest date of copying is 1225/1810. There is an Arabic prayer in Ia and an index in Ib-IIa. There are two erased and one illegible seal in IIa. In IIb-IVb there are notes on Arabic and Turkish fiqh fiqh and units of measurement. In 1a, some of which was used as a draft, there is the Arabic fiqh favaid, an almost erased seal and the abjad table with the Arabic title "Whoever writes this form will be safe from poverty", in 1b the record of ownership in the name of Saliha Hatun from Antakya, in 147b-148a Arabic prayers, adhan prayer and fiqh fawaid, in the Turkish letter in 148b-149a. A person named Sheikh Muhammad is the Prophet. The Prophet who appeared to the Prophet between sleep and wakefulness. The recommendations made by the Prophet are included. Although the word 'date' is written at the end of the article, the year is not recorded. There are Arabic prayers and scribbles in 149b. There are irregular annotations and explanations written by different pens in the margins and between the lines. The copy is rejected.
