Notes	Written as one column in various lines per page. Written in black ink with some words borders in red. The volume has marbled paperback with a flap. It is the work of Ahmet Hulûsi Efendi. In the work, issues related to the science of faraiz such as the situations of the child, brothers-sisters, grandfather, asabe, 'avl, münaseha are discussed. The summaries of the topics are first written in Arabic and then their applications are made in Turkish accompanied by figures. On the front cover there is the text "This book is a pen name from Ahmed Emin" and the application of feraiz. In Ia, there is a quote from the work called Tavzîhu Müşkilât, the names of ferâiz books and the fevâid regarding marriage, in Ib, Turkish fiqh fevâid dated 1264/1847-8, Arabic prayer, Turkish religious fevâid, in IIa, the appropriation record in the name of Ereğli mufti Hafız Ali el-'Avnî and just below this record. There is a deleted appropriation seal and feraiz notes, probably belonging to Hafız Ali el-Avnî, in IIb there are faraiz notes and recommended practices for finding stolen goods, and in IIIa-Va there are faraiz records. Etc-VIIa is empty. Most of VIIIa-b is torn and empty. In IXa, there are suggestions regarding numbers, and in 1a, there are suggestions regarding the data. In 116a there is a comment regarding the duty. 116b-117b are empty. 18a-b is a torn leaf of another work. 119a-b and inside the back cover there are suggestions regarding the provisions. Then the edges are empty. The copy is rejected.
