Written in 13 lines per page. Harakāt Naskh script in black ink. The cover is missing. In the introduction, the author states that the work was written to complete the Birgili treatise and that it deals with the subjects of trade, transactions and bey ü şera in an introduction, three chapters and a hatime. After the work is finished (47a-b), the attributes of God are listed. In the work, the author does not name Hamza Efendi.
