Written in various lines per page. Diwani Riq'a script in black ink with red titles. Brown leather binding 1a-2a: copies of correspondence, 2b-30a: list showing provinces, provinces and districts, 31b-102a: copies of correspondence, certificates, titles, titles, correspondence samples and registration procedures related to finance, correspondence samples and laws about the title deed of lands and how they will change hands through inheritance, 103b-132: samples of letters sent to regents and various copies of correspondence are included. The dates of the correspondence samples following the page containing the copying date vary between 1180-1241.
