Notes
Three different manuscripts bound in this volume. Naskh and Taʿlīq scripts in black ink. The binding is in a brown leather cover. It is a work created and bound by bringing together three different manuscripts (Manuscript numbers: MS 579, MS 580, MS 581).
579 AD: Additional information: 1st work: It is the first work of the three-work magazine. Its copy is by Şerif Mustafa b. Şerif Hurşîd (?) b. Sayyid Hussein b. Sayyid İsa b. Sayyid Hussein b. It was finished by Seyyid Osman. The copyist also states that he is a descendant of Sayyid Musa. There are two records regarding the date of copying. According to the written record, the istin sah Evâsıtı was completed in Rebiulevvel 1079/19-28 August 1668, and according to the numerical record, it ended in 1080/1669-70. In Ia, there are quotations from the genealogy of Sheikh Seyyid Cemaleddin and the work called Vasiyyet-i Ali. In Ib, there are quotes and prayers from Fetâvâ-i Kuhistanî and Cevâhiru'l-Fiqh. In 1a, the names of the works in the magazine are written. Between 25b and 26b, there is a quote from Gazali's work called Cilâu'l-Kulûb with the title "Tetimmetü'l-Kitâb". There are also quotes from the same book between 26b-27b. 28a-31a are empty. In 31b there are quotes from İhyâu Ulûmi'd-Dîn and Cilâu'l-Kulûb. There are a small number of annotations and matlabs on the edges. The copy is rejected.
580 AD: Sirâceddin Muhammed b. Muhammed es-Secâvendî's ferâiz text named el-Ferâ'izu's-Sirâciyye was written by Şihâbuddin Ahmed b. It is the annotation of the commentary written by Mahmed es-Sivâsî, known as Şerhu'-Sirâciye fi'l-ferâiz, Tenvîru's-sirâc and el-Minhâc. Muhashshi could not be identified. Abdurrahman Yazıcı has taken an article revealing the faraiz literature of the contractor period, which was formed within the framework of the source text es-Sirâciyye and er-Rahbiyye and el-Havfiyye. Additional information: It is the second work of the three-work magazine. The copyist of the first copy of this magazine is Şerif Mustafa b. Şerif Hurşîd (?) b. Sayyid Hussein b. Sayyid İsa b. Sayyid Hussein b. He is Seyyid Osman. The end date of the copy is 1079/1668-9, as in the previous copy. In 41a, there are quotes from Ta'lîmu'l-Müte'allim and notes teaching how to make ink in four different notes. 41b is empty.
581 AD: In the introduction of the work written on the science of hadith, the author states that he compiled his work from the hadiths of Bukhari, Muslim, Ebû Dâvûd, Tirmidhi and Nasai, and that he also narrated hadiths from some famous hadith books, albeit few. The author, who states that he mostly includes sound hadiths in his book, also states that he rarely includes weak hadiths - noting that they are weak. In 42b, there is a Hadisu'l-Ezkar entry, which makes one think that it is the name of a work. However, there should be a record of the content of this work rather than its name. For this reason, the name mentioned was not recognized as the name of the registered work. The compiler of the work could not be identified. Additional information: 3rd work: It is the third work of the three-work magazine. The copy of the work we have is missing at the end. However, the copyist of this magazine is Şerif Mustafa b. Şerif Hurşid (?) b. Sayyid Hussein b. Sayyid İsa b. Sayyid Hussein b. It should be Seyyid Osman; the font is the same. There are no references in the margins other than matlabs and very few quotes from authors/works such as Ahterî, Kastellânî, Müşkilâti'l-Envâr. The copy is rejected. About the magazine: In Ia, there is the genealogy of Sheikh Seyyid Cemaleddin. The copyist of this first copy is Şerif Mustafa b. Şerif Hûrî b. Sayyid Hussein b. Sayyid İsa b. Sayyid Hussein b. It may have been written by Seyyid Osman. It is estimated that the compiler of the magazine is Şerif Mustafa. On the other hand, on page 1a of the magazine, the names of the six works stated to be in the magazine are given; However, the third copy is missing from the last side. There are probably three more copies of the original version of the magazine after the third copy.
