Notes	Four different manuscripts bound in one volume. Written in 19 lines per page. Taʿlīq script in black ink with captions in red. The volume has marbled paperback. It is a work created and bound by bringing together 4 different manuscripts (Manuscript numbers: MS 296, MS 297, MS 298, MS 299). MS 296: Ib-IVa: contains an index covering all the books in the volume. Es-Seyyid Meḥmed Ṣāliḥ ibn es-Seyyid İbrāhīm b. It was copied by Muṣṭafā al-Üsküdarī. [126a]. The work consists of fatwas. There are additional fatwas in some page margins. The introduction part of the work begins with the fatwas of Ebu's-suûd Efendi. For this reason, this Kanun-name is recorded under his name in many catalogues. For this reason, the work, which is thought to have been written during the reign of Suleiman the Magnificent, was also called Kānūn-nāme-i cedīd-i Sulṭān Süleymān. However, it is known that the work is a collection of laws compiled in a later period. As a matter of fact, the work also contains fatwas given after Abu's-suud's death (e.g. 30b, 32a, etc.). 297 AD: The work consists of the fatwas presented by Ebussuud Efendi to Suleiman the Magnificent. There are additions on the page edges. 298 AD: The work, which begins with Kitâbu'n-nikâh, ends with the Kitâbu'l-me'zûn section. A few pages before 88a have been torn out. The work was based on the work of Muhammed Gânim-i Bağdadî (d. 1032 / 1623), whose full name is Ta'âruzi'l-Beyyinât in Melce'ü'l-Kudât and also known as Tercìhü'l-Beyyinât. The identity of the author is not fully known. Sohrweide Hasan b. He thought that Nasûh might be the same person as Hasan el-Kâfî from Akhisar of Bosnia (OM, Vol. 1, p. 277). 299 AD: The work, which begins with Kitâbu'n-nikâh, ends with the Kitâbu'l-me'zûn section. The work was written on the work of Muhammed Gânim-i Bağdadî (d. 1032 / 1623), whose full name is Ta'âruzi'l-Beyyinât in Melce'ü'l-Kudât and also known as Tercìhü'l-Beyyinât.
