Written in 17 lines per page. Shikasta Riq'a script in blue ink. The cover is missing. The work is the commentary of Necmeddin Kübrâ's Uṣūlü'l-ʿAşere. This copy was copied from the printed copy dated 1291. On page 1, there is a note written by Alaaddin Tekin to his son Şinasi Bey.
