Notes	Written as one column in 19 lines per page. Taʿlīq script in black ink. The volume has paperback but in bad condition. It is a commentary made by Molla Hüsrev on the work named Mirkâtu'l-Vusûl ila 'ilmi'l-usûl, written by the famous Ottoman scholar Molla Hüsrev. Mirkât consists of an introduction and two parts. In the introduction, the method of fiqh and definitions of fiqh are given. The first part is divided into four parts: book, sunnah, ijma and qiyas. The second part is about the provisions. Many annotations were written on Mir'ât, which was taught as a textbook in Ottoman madrasahs and had many editions, by Ahmed Hamdullah b. It was compiled by İsmail Hâmid Ankaravî. . Hasan Özket prepared a master's thesis on the sources used in Mir'âtu'l-usûl. Additional information: The copy of the work we have was copied in 1261/1845. Ia-b is empty. There is a couplet about judges in IIa. IIb is empty. There is an index in IIIa-IIIb. IVa-VIIIb is empty. There are occasional footnotes along the edges. Quotations from works/authors such as Telvîh, İbn Melek, Abdurrezzâk, Şeyh Ahmed Rûmî, Tarsûsî, İzmîrî and Hasan Çelebi attract attention. There are arithmetic scribbles on the back cover. There is no rejection in the copy.
