Written in variable lines. Taʿlīq script in black ink. Red leather binding and in good condition The work has the appearance of a magazine, not a written divançe. 1a-5a, 8b-9a: couplets with date attempts using abjad calculation, 5b-7a: signature attempts of the poet, most of which are in the form of claws (fig. 15). 8a: ghazals, 9b-62b: 5 odes and 36 ghazals, some of which are in draft form. Some pages in the work are blank, and some pages contain scribbles. There are pages cut from 2a and 4a. The fact that the rhyme letter is stated at the beginning of some ghazals shows that the poet tried to follow the divan order. There is no information about Kamil Efendi in the available sources. However, according to the grave of the poet, who is understood to be the founder of Mimarzade (Sarıkadı-zade) Mosque in Ankara, his death date is 1234/1819 and he is most likely from Ankara.
