Written in 17 lines per page. Harakāt Naskh script in black ink with titles in red. Brown leather binding with medallion, şemse. In 1a, there are istishap records in the names of Küçük Hoca and Seyyid Abdullah. The work is arranged over 60 chapters. There are various medicine recipes in 1a, and medicine and spell recipes in the margins of 1b-2a. The work, whose introduction is in verse, consists of 60 chapters. However, there are omissions in the folios after 7b, 18b, 32b, 34b. In addition, the last part of the work is also missing. The last page of the copy ends with the beginning of chapter 38b, 59.
