Written in 21 lines per page. Taʿlīq script in black ink with titles and borders in red. Brown leather binding with flap. This manuscript can be unique copy. This work is most likely an original, single copy. Contents: Seal and a fatwa sample and date couplet in the name of Mehmed Râsim in Ia; 1a: index; 1b-2a: About how the work was compiled by Musannif. The work begins with the chapter "İtihkak" and ends with the chapters titled "kitâbü'l-vekâle" and "hâtimetü'l-kitâb". There are many quotations and explanations from different fatwa books in the margins of the pages. Additional Information: The author of the work states in the introduction that he compiled Shaykh al-Islam Feyzullah Efendi's ijtihads on some of the issues he put forward upon the request of Sultan Mehmed and that he named the work Vâkı'âtü'l-Müftiyeyn. The writer, who calls himself "Abdullah", says that he is a retired Anatolian Kazasker.
