Notes	Written as one column in 9 lines per page. Thuluth script in black ink with some words underlined in red. Cover is maroon leather binding. The work is one of the four basic works of the Hanafi jurist Ibnu's-Sa'ati, known as mutun-i erba'a in the sectarian literature. In this work, the author not only combined Kuduri's el-Muhtasar with Abu Hafs en-Nesefî's el-Manzûmetü'n-Nesefiyye, but also made some additions to them - which the name of the work refers to as "The reunion of two seas". In addition, while expressing different views in the work, different sentence modes are used to indicate each view. Commentaries and annotations were written on Mecma'u'l-Bahrain by many scholars, including the author himself. Ahmet Özel is of the opinion that the name of the work, which became famous as Mecma'u'l-Bahrain and Mül-teka'n-Nehrayn, is not correct. In the copy of the work we have, there is nothing after Kitâbu'l-ferâiz; Therefore, there is no record of copying in the copy. There is fiqh information in 1a. 1b has the seal of ownership. 256b is empty.
