Written in 17 lines per page. Shikasta Naskh script in black ink with titles in red The work consists of 5 chapters, and each chapter is divided into "chapters". The first part is “Hifzissıha”. There are short notes and explanations in some page margins. In 1a, there is an assignment record dated 1040 belonging to the vizier İlyas Pasha from Balıkesir. In 219a there are medical-related fevaid records. The work was later published as follows: Tabib İbn-i Şerif, Yadigar: 15th century Turkish Medical book, project consultant Ayten Altıntaş; ed.
