Written as two columns in 17 lines per page. Harakāt Shikasta Naskh script in black ink with captions and borders in red. The cover is missing. In the introduction in 1b-2b, it is said that the book was written by a group of scholars upon the order of Harun Reşid and it is explained how to benefit from the work. From the information given here, it is understood that the book is about a type of fortune telling by casting dots. 2b-4b: index. The work consists of 144 "chapters".
