Old, thick leather, damaged shirazele, worm-eaten in some places, dented, with scattered leaves. There is an index at the beginning. The first 2 pages are ruled, the rulers, book titles, the words mes'ele and al-cevab are in red. At first 2 and then 1 leaf are white and empty. It is a fatwa book prepared according to the chapters of fiqh. It is thought that Minkari-zade Yahya Efendi (1609-1678 H.) was Fetava Minkari-zade.
