The layout and tables are gilded. The leaves are stained with moisture. It is in a cardboard binding with a burgundy leather spine and marbling paper-covered surfaces. The ending is incomplete. In 1a, there is the record and seal of Mustafa Nurullah stating that the work was dedicated to Mahmud II Library in Cyprus by Seyyid Mustafa Hazım. It was purchased from Osman Bıldır.
