Some beginnings and words are marked in red ink. It has a lacquered skin with flower sunflowers. There are ariza, tezkire, takrir etc. related to the dates 1230 (1815), 1237 (1821/2), 1239 (1823/4) in 1b-i4b, 22b-23b, 24b, 25b-26a, with unnumbered leaves at the beginning. b. The pieces of munşeat are the fatwas of Kemal Pasha zade, Ebu's-su'ud and Behayî Efendi in 7a, the foundation foundation of the mawlid to be recited in Tophane Mosque in 22a.
