In the name of... his statement, while he was a human being sent by God Almighty, that the pronoun refers to the meaning of the aforementioned Prophet’s word, but it is permissible for a single subject: the common people enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong by saying is fine, but if his matter is limited to ijtihad, then the common people have no prohibition in it, rather the command in it is left to those who do ijtihad.
