Notes It is in a black leather binding. It was purchased from Cahit Öztelli, in 1ab there is a copy of the letter that Hazrat Ali wrote to the Byzantine emperor about the books of God Almighty. In this magazine, which is understood to have been written in Ahisha, the center of the Çıldır province, during the Ottoman period: tehniye, condolence and congratulation-names written by unknown people, and copies of surre-name written in Mecca and Medina, were sent to Kibar-i Ulema.
