Burgundy leather binding on red leather with a recessed gilded salbek, sunburst and zenrek. Enlightened and mixed mihrabiye and serlevha. The rulers and drawings are red, and there are two sheets of index at the beginning. There is a foundation seal and record dated 1213 (1798) belonging to Yusuf Ziya Pasha.
