The serlevha is rough illuminated, the first two rulers are gilded, the ruler and headings are in red ink. It is in an old cardboard binding with a brown leather backing and patterned paper. There are criticisms of Nakibüleşraf Tahsin Bey, Kemal Efendi and Derendevî Saib Efendi. The divan, consisting of Turkish, Arabic, Persian, 3 naats, 1 miraciye, 160 ghazals and 1 history, was compiled in 1255. 44-46a are empty. 1 prayer in 46b, 48a
