A binding made of worn black leather, with embedded gilded salbek, şemsel, zencerek, and partially damaged cover. There is a 5-leaf index at the beginning, the rulers and squares of the index are gilded. Its mihrabiye and other page rulers are gilded. The inscriptions of the words Mes'ele, chapter headings and al-Answer are in red. On the pages with double rulers, fatwa quotes from various works are written between the two rulers.
