It has a cardboard binding covered with shaggy brown leather. It is the first volume of the work, the first 14 and the last four pages were written later. On leaves 297b and 298a, there are quotes from various fiqh books, in 1a there is the foundation record of Kırımcı zade to the Emir İmam zade Library and the seal of Abdüllatif's Kütübhane-i Cedid dated 1158 (1745).
