It is in a brown leather binding. It has a double ruler in red and black ink, and the beginnings of the words are marked in red. The head part is missing. On the last page margin, there is a recipe for cooking halva-yi hakani, a hadith translation at 137a, morning prayer at 137b, religious verse at 138a - 139a, a recipe taken from Kayseri Zade to cut nose blood and an explanation of the word Mükebbir at 139a.
