It has a red leather skin with miklebli, gilded sal-bek şemsel and zenrek. Section headings are marked in red ink. At the beginning, there is an index on four leaves, Fetvacı Mehmed Efendi's foundation record dated 1233 (1808) and the foundation seal of Abdüllatif's Kütübhane-i Cedid in many parts of the book.
